Canford Heath Group Practice in Poole looks after approximately 12,200 patients across their practice, and have been using Medi2data’s services since 2023.
Despite having multiple staff from Administrators to Clinicians working through reports, staff were starting to feel very stressed out about ensuring that all reports were completed within SLA, so decided to look into outsourcing their medical reports to gain back time within their practice.

I know I can email her at any time and she will come back to me straight away if I ask any questions, no matter the type! She’s wonderful!
